All equipments in this hotel and all services are "cheap", the door like carton made us participate to the life of our neighbours, the shower was so lauzy, the breafast terrible quality, orange juice just a yellow water etc...Except the funny parrot the stay in this "palace" was so frustrating.

We had a room with a large balcony overlooking the sea which was a perfect place to sit and relax before breakfast and after a long day. The room ws clean and comfortable, the en-suite to our room was small but had a good shower in it. The roof top terrance was a very nice area to have brealfast and was offered as a restuarnt area in the evening but We did not see it being used as a resturant, this was not a problem as the hotel is perfectly located for many bars and resturants. Hotel was in a good location for everything we wished to do in Istanbul. I would recomend this hotel to friends.
There wasn't really anything that we disliked about the hotel. Very quiet apart from the 4.00am alarm call each morning from the Mosque

Exceptional service from all of the staff; they went out of their way to make our stay memorable and personal. Rooms are quaint, have character and very clean. Location is outstanding for the major sites of Sultanehmet. Beautiful rooftop terrace for breakfast and a relaxing place to sit out front for a cold beer when we returned from sightseeing. i would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a reasonably priced great place to stay in Istanbul.

Spacious Bathroom: The bathroom in my room at the hotel was unbelievably spacious, making me feel like I was in a luxurious spa retreat. The special shower enclosure added an extra touch of elegance, and the bathroom amenities provided were top-notch. It was like having my own personal oasis right in the heart of the city.
Disappointing Breakfast

The staf are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very close to the Aya Sophia and Topkapi Palace and most of the tourist spots.
It would have been nice if there was a kettle in the room. The juice at breakfast were imitation drinks, perhaps some real juice would be better?

Price was good.
Airconditioner didn't work, only air coming out, no cold air. Breakfast okay, but no refill of juices and sausages when finished.

The location of this hotel is perfect for sightseeing. I could easily walk to many of the top landmarks in this city, including the Topkapi Palace. Transportation options were also accessible from this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was remarkable. The staff were friendly and the hotel facilities were sufficient.
Nothing to mention.

We recently stayed in a hotel in Istanbul during the Easter weekend. The location was great, within walking distance to major tourist sites and restaurants. The breakfast offered a generous spread of food to start our day. We enjoyed the views of the sea while having our morning coffee on the terrace.
The room was a bit cramped, and the double bed was small for two people. We had to ask the staff to fix a few issues in the room, and it took longer than expected to resolve. Also, the noise from nearby construction woke us up early every morning, which was quite annoying. the stay was decent, but some improvements are needed.

This hotel has an excellent location if you wish to spend time as a tourist visiting and experiencing Istanbul. It has a location within minutes of several major tourist "musts". The staff are very helpful and the breakfast room on top of the building offers views onto the sea. Double glazing keeps the room quiet at night and the air conditioning is most welcome. Within a minute you have access to a variety of restuarants and several small stores for anything you may have forgotten or require.
I actually upgraded room for a relatively small additional fee as I felt the standard room to be quite small if you intend to stay for a week and have a couple of suitcases. The upgrade also came with a balcony and more space.

The ideal location, close to major tourist spots. Nice breakfast terrace with views. Classy furniture and lighting. Helpful staff and manager. Lots of nearby restaurants.
Cannot find any fault.

What impressed me most has been the kindness of the staff, always prompt to fulfill our needs and requests. The position is very central and the building has a nice style and a beautiful terrace for breakfast/dinner.
Two very minor negative points: a bad smell of the tolilet on the first day, that has been quickly fixed however; the lack of croissants in the breakfast, that had enough cheese, sausages and vegetables but was poor as far as the Italian breakfast manner is concerned.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
